Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues with rapid resolution SLAs
- Monitor system performance, security protocols, and backup solutions using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy cloud-based infrastructure solutions
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports for compliance and knowledge sharing
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and implement security hardening measures
- Assist in capacity planning and technology lifecycle management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure support
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and automation scripting
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to work under pressure
- Strong written/verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions
