What You Will Do:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and system errors efficiently.
- Manage and monitor network devices and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Active Directory and user accounts.
- Document technical procedures and maintain detailed incident logs.
- Collaborate with vendors and other IT departments on infrastructure projects.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
