Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain daily IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers.
- Administer and optimize network connectivity, firewalls, and security protocols.
- Manage cloud system environments to ensure scalability and operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor automated backup solutions to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Proactively troubleshoot system performance issues and hardware/software malfunctions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance services.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and IT assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure support.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
- Basic experience with backup software and disaster recovery planning.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
