Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily IT infrastructure and operations support covering systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals through the IT Helpdesk
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of IT infrastructure
- Implement and manage security measures to protect company data and systems from potential threats
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including servers, storage devices, and network equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that meet business needs
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our IT infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration
- Proficiency in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configuration
- Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
