Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional infrastructure team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability
- Oversee end-to-end network operations, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security across all systems
- Develop and implement strategic infrastructure roadmaps aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure optimal service delivery
- Proactively identify and resolve network bottlenecks through continuous monitoring and optimization
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Drive infrastructure automation and modernization projects to enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 8+ years of infrastructure management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of network architectures (SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and virtualization
- Strong certifications (CCIE, CCNP, AWS/Azure Architect) preferred
- Proven track record in managing high-availability enterprise networks (>10TB/day traffic)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex multi-layer issues
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
