Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for server hardware, workstations, and peripherals.
- Monitor and support internal network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and cabling.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment across the hospital facility.
- Manage system backups and data recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Provide prompt technical support for end-users regarding hardware and network-related issues.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and security enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT security standards and internal data privacy policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or similar technical roles.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair hardware-related failures quickly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail and organized troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding healthcare environment.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA) are highly advantageous.
