Tanggung Jawab
- Configure and optimize injection molding machine parameters for maximum efficiency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions in injection equipment
- Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce material waste
- Monitor production metrics and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Train junior technicians on machine operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on injection molding experience
- Proficiency in machine parameter setting and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving in production environments
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems
- Ability to read technical schematics and machine manuals
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
