Formulatrix is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Process Engineer to join our manufacturing excellence team in Salatiga. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, responsible for the end-to-end management and optimization of our injection molding operations.
You will play a critical role in refining manufacturing processes, conducting systematic parameter settings, and ensuring that our plastic components meet the highest precision standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire lifecycle of injection molding production processes, from initial setup to final output quality.
- Optimize production cycles to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste.
- Perform precise calibration of injection molding machine parameters for various mold designs.
- Conduct regular machine audits and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with the tooling department for mold maintenance, repair, and engineering improvements.
- Implement data-driven quality control measures to reduce defects and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Train and mentor production technicians on best practices, safety standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support the R&D team in prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Process Engineer or Technician specifically in injection molding.
- In-depth knowledge of plastic materials, mold design, and machine controls (e.g., Engel, Arburg, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in systematic troubleshooting and defect analysis (Scientific Molding principles is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and capable of technical communication in English.
- Willingness to be based in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah.
