Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, calibrate, and operate injection molding machines according to production specifications
- Monitor molding processes in real-time to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, process deviations, and quality defects
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine cleaning of molding equipment
- Document production data, machine parameters, and quality control metrics
- Collaborate with engineering team to optimize process parameters and reduce cycle times
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean, organized production areas
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical certification (Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding operations
- Strong knowledge of plastic materials, injection molding processes, and tooling systems
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and process documentation
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues
- Basic computer literacy for data recording and equipment operation
- Valid forklift operation license (highly desirable)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as per production requirements
