Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Perform regular machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished plastic parts to ensure compliance with technical drawings and tolerance levels.
- Execute mold changes, adjustments, and machine start-up/shut-down procedures safely and efficiently.
- Monitor raw material levels and ensure consistent supply to production lines.
- Document production data, cycle times, and scrap rates accurately for operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience as an Injection Molding Technician or in a similar machine operation role.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, parameters, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards.
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks including lifting and machine adjustments.
- Ability to work effectively in a 5-day work week environment.
