Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient production cycles
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of molding equipment
- Set up molds and adjust machine parameters for optimal output quality
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools and documentation systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and machine maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and workplace regulations
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent technical certification required
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in injection molding operations
- Proficiency in machine setup and parameter adjustment
- Basic knowledge of thermoplastic materials and molding processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting
- Physical capability to work in industrial environments
- Certification in mechanical maintenance preferred
