Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to produce high-quality components
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of molding equipment
- Ensure production output meets quality specifications and efficiency targets
- Document production data, machine parameters, and quality metrics
- Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following 5S standards
- Assist in mold setup, changeovers, and process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with injection molding operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of plastic materials, mold design, and production processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Basic proficiency in industrial maintenance and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work in shift environments
