In this role, you will operate and maintain high-speed injection molding machines, ensuring that every product meets our stringent quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring machine parameters, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding equipment and workstations to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or technical issues during the production run.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace health and safety (WHS) policies.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production logs and record daily output data.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in injection molding or plastic processing is preferred.
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field is an asset.
- Strong understanding of machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine specifications.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine monitoring.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
