Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor plastic injection molding operations to ensure optimal machine performance and output quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, including machine malfunctions, material flow problems, and molding defects.
- Analyze and optimize cycle times to improve production efficiency without compromising product standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process parameter logs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to conduct preventive maintenance schedules on injection molding machines.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and kaizen activities to minimize scrap rates and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Train production operators on machine operation best practices and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in plastic injection molding or a similar manufacturing process.
- Strong understanding of injection molding machine operations, mold design, and polymer properties.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple production priorities.
- Willingness to be based in Demak, Jawa Tengah.
