Bevi Beauty Elements Ventures, Inc. is a leading manufacturer in the beauty and personal care industry, dedicated to producing high-quality products that make a difference. To support our growing operations in the Calabarzon and Mimaropa regions, we are looking for a talented Injection Technician who can contribute to our manufacturing excellence. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection molding machines used to produce plastic components for our beauty product lines.
As an Injection Technician, you will work closely with our production team to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your key duties include preparing machines for production, monitoring parameters to ensure consistency, and performing quality inspections to uphold our high standards. You will also be involved in troubleshooting machine issues, carrying out preventive maintenance, and suggesting improvements to optimize output. Your technical expertise will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe work environment.
We are looking for candidates who have at least one year of hands-on experience with injection molding machines and processes. You should be familiar with various plastic materials and auxiliary equipment. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving are essential. - Set up and prepare injection molding machines for production runs according to technical specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and output levels.
- Conduct regular quality inspections on molded parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on injection molding equipment.
- Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) to optimize production efficiency and quality.
- Document production data, machine settings, and quality results accurately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and improve processes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience as an Injection Technician or in a related manufacturing role.
- Solid understanding of injection molding processes and plastic materials.
- Familiarity with machine controls, auxiliary equipment, and basic computer skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is an advantage.
