Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively follow up with existing customers to discuss repeat orders and new requirements
- Coordinate and manage the entire order process for repeat customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Identify upselling opportunities during customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or telemarketing
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Proficient in order processing systems and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented with proven sales track record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office suite
