Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions to optimize business processes and technical workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate new technologies into existing legacy systems.
- Develop and maintain scripts and automated tools to reduce manual data entry and system errors.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of automated workflows, implementing adjustments as needed for peak efficiency.
- Conduct thorough technical audits and documentation of all automation initiatives.
- Train team members on new automated tools and standardized operating procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud computing to foster innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Selenium, Power Automate, or similar).
- Strong understanding of API integrations and database management (SQL).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on logical problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
