Tanggung Jawab
- Lead innovation projects using design thinking and agile methodologies to develop banking solutions
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify disruptive opportunities in fintech
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and product management
- Prototype and test digital solutions using emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, API)
- Present innovation roadmaps and business cases to senior stakeholders
- Support implementation of scalable fintech solutions across UOB's operations
- Document learnings and contribute to UOB's innovation knowledge base
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (2025-2026 graduates)
- Strong academic record (minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent)
- Passion for innovation, technology, and transforming banking experiences
- Experience with innovation frameworks (design thinking, lean startup) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
