Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and capture new enterprise-level business opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing tailored demonstrations of BytePlus technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to provide market insights and influence product development.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, strategic partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and proposal presentation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings to uncover client pain points and align them with BytePlus’s innovative technological capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage in the tech solution landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise technology sales, SaaS, or cloud solution sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, content delivery networks (CDN), or cloud infrastructure concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, global organization.
- Professional proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
