Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s global Intellectual Property (IP) strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify patentable inventions, innovation opportunities, and emerging market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end patent filing process, including drafting, prosecution, and legal defense of patents.
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses and manage the health and valuation of the IP portfolio.
- Advise leadership and technical teams on IP-related risks, opportunities, and commercial strategies.
- Organize internal innovation workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of creativity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Intellectual Property Management, Patent Law, or R&D Strategy within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of international patent laws, registration procedures, and IP litigation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively translate technical concepts for legal and business audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment with a focus on results.
