Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure high retention rates and identify upselling opportunities.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations of IT solutions to potential B2B clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare comprehensive proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest IT industry trends, hardware, and software solutions to provide expert advice to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably within the IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation and cold calling.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for handling a diverse client base.
