Tanggung Jawab
- Execute outbound manual dialing and multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads.
- Manage and nurture leads within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, pain points, and readiness to purchase.
- Maintain consistent communication touchpoints via phone, email, and SMS.
- Overcome common objections and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
- Book discovery calls or appointments for the senior sales team.
- Track daily activity metrics to ensure lead conversion targets are consistently met.
- Contribute to team strategy sessions to optimize lead follow-up scripts and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent, Lead Generator, or Appointment Setter.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and dialer tools.
- Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining quality interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex follow-up schedule.
