Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute outbound manual dialing and multi-channel outreach to warm and cold leads.
  • Manage and nurture leads within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and status updates.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, pain points, and readiness to purchase.
  • Maintain consistent communication touchpoints via phone, email, and SMS.
  • Overcome common objections and navigate gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.
  • Book discovery calls or appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Track daily activity metrics to ensure lead conversion targets are consistently met.
  • Contribute to team strategy sessions to optimize lead follow-up scripts and processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Agent, Lead Generator, or Appointment Setter.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and dialer tools.
  • Ability to maintain a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining quality interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex follow-up schedule.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to thrive under performance-based targets.
  • High-speed internet connection and a conducive remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
