Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and demonstration to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain a high volume of daily sales activities to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing and product teams to refine sales messaging and strategy.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain detailed account records within our CRM system.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar revenue-generating role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs and quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via virtual channels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern remote sales tools.
  • High level of professional integrity and a self-starter mindset.
