In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that customer inquiries, orders, and sales support functions run seamlessly. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end sales documentation process. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction while ensuring all operational data is accurately captured within our CRM system. This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative or sales professional looking to build a stable career in a vital global industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales order processing, from inquiry receipt to final delivery coordination.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external clients to resolve order discrepancies.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and inventory data in the CRM system.
  • Prepare timely sales quotations, invoices, and shipping documentation for Oil & Gas components.
  • Provide high-quality pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure consistent customer service levels.
  • Assist the sales team in monitoring project timelines and stock availability.
  • Generate periodic sales reports for management review to support data-driven decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales administration, or industrial customer service.
  • Diploma or relevant professional certification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry documentation or supply chain processes is a strong advantage.
  • Must be comfortable working in the West/Pandan area.
