Our client, a well-established leader in the semiconductor capital equipment space, is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Inside Sales Engineer to join their expanding team in Tuas, West Region. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, focusing on selling advanced semiconductor equipment and solutions. You will work closely with the field sales team and technical support to provide accurate and timely quotations, technical proposals, and product information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into compelling customer solutions will be critical to your success. You will handle incoming sales inquiries, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts in the region. You will also conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our client's leading-edge solutions to a sophisticated audience.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong engineering background (Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Microelectronics), excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in the commercial side of technology. Experience with semiconductor equipment, wafer fabrication components, or related capital equipment is highly advantageous.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate quotations for semiconductor equipment and spare parts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospects and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and field service teams to ensure seamless project handover and post-sales technical support.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities using the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, market analysis, and competitor intelligence to the regional Sales Manager.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability while building strong customer relationships.
- Support participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to generate qualified leads.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience within the semiconductor or capital equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical specifications and schematic drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to business.
