Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts within the Johor region.
  • Execute strategic sales promotions and marketing campaigns to boost product adoption.
  • Proactively re-activate dormant accounts through effective outreach and value-based communication.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent product guidance and service.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals over the telephone or digital channels.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, high-performance environment.
