In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative solutions and our valued clients, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through consultative selling and efficient account management.
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will manage end-to-end sales processes—from responding to initial customer inquiries and drafting complex quotations to securing purchase orders. We are looking for someone who can not only process requests but also strategically identify opportunities to upsell and design mid-level complexity solutions that meet our clients' evolving security and technology needs.
This position offers an excellent platform to refine your sales acumen in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure our proposals are both competitive and accurate, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle for inbound inquiries, from initial contact to final order processing.
- Analyze customer requirements to design and propose mid-level security and technical solutions.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on professional quotations to maximize conversion rates.
- Proactively identify and pursue upselling opportunities to increase account value.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of signed Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or technical account management.
- Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate technical specifications into compelling customer-facing proposals.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Prior experience in the security or building management technology sector is a strong advantage.
