Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand market trends and product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales or a related field (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger to earn uncapped commissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing targets.
