Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic account retention plans to minimize churn within the security and SaaS verticals.
  • Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the account management team to streamline the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal sales processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding operational queries and account status updates.
  • Monitor subscription renewals and proactively initiate outreach to ensure seamless service continuity.

Kualifikasi

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Sales Operations, or Account Management within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, renewal processes, and churn mitigation strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously in a remote setup.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to high-quality service delivery.
