Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound/outbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain client relationships
- Process customer orders and coordinate shipment logistics for timely fulfillment
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delivery issues
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports for management

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
