- Follow up on open sales opportunities to drive conversions and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with partners to convert quotes into finalized sales agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solution benefits
- Update and manage CRM systems with accurate sales pipeline data
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell complementary products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
- Target-driven mindset with ability to meet/exceed KPIs
- Basic understanding of IT/security technologies is a plus
