- Manage end-to-end candidate placement processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, acting as a strategic partner in their hiring needs.
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone and email to identify and qualify potential candidates and clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and update pipeline status in real-time.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies for meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a professional and organized flow of communication.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize candidate matching.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Account Management within the staffing or tech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
