- Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding leads, interactions, and transactions.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service within the industrial or automation sector.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
