Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads to ensure a consistent and growing sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and business benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical experts to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deal closure.
- Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data into the CRM system.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up diligently with leads and existing customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Willingness to learn about new technology products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
