Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming sales leads via phone, email, and online chat channels.
- Qualify prospects to determine budget, needs, and timeline for a flexible workspace solution.
- Book and schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to align on sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Research potential markets and identify key decision-makers for outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
