Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new sales leads within the aviation industry to expand our client base.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and lead qualification to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring business and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations via phone and virtual meetings.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to aviation partners.
- Stay up-to-date with aviation market trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our service offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing account management.
- Prior exposure to the aviation, aerospace, or logistics industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and performance targets.
