Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate Bridgecore’s innovative solutions to international prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on specific market criteria.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective closing strategies.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Cold Calling, or a similar BPO role.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive phone voice and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections effectively.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines and quotas.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine passion for achieving sales goals.
