We are currently looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our Global Sales Teams, specifically supporting the Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei markets. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, converting interest into revenue by showcasing the benefits of our flexible office memberships, virtual offices, and meeting rooms.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will leverage your persuasive communication skills to manage a high volume of incoming leads. Your day-to-day will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new members. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented professional to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, contributing directly to the company's growth strategy in the Southeast Asian region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture incoming sales leads and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to convert them into paying customers.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and virtual tours to demonstrate the value of IWG’s flexible workspace solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in SMEs and corporations across the region.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record all prospect interactions, sales activities, and contract details in the CRM system.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly advantageous for this role.
- Able to adapt to a dynamic schedule and handle a high volume of calls.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping clients find the perfect workspace.
