Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients in both Mandarin and English.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Provide insightful feedback to the product team based on customer needs and market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or similar sales role.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Malay is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
