Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking to expand our client base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain the benefits of our copy and print services to prospective clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date contact information and sales history.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Supervise the performance of junior sales representatives, providing training, feedback, and mentorship to foster team development.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for improving sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to supervise and guide a team effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team-based sales goals.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if required, in a fast-paced office environment.
