- Provide exceptional customer support to clients regarding freight forwarding services
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and documentation
- Coordinate with shipping agents, carriers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details
- Process and track shipments through various stages of the logistics process
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting freight forwarding
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or freight forwarding
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes and documentation
