Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and industry standards.
- Document inspection results accurately using standard reporting tools and maintain detailed quality logs.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects or non-conformities to the production team immediately.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection tools and measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with production staff to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.
- Ensure all inspection activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM with relevant certification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Quality Control.
- Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minute defects.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods as required by the inspection role.
