Land Pacific Development is seeking a meticulous Inspector of Work specializing in Structural and Geotechnical Works to ensure engineering excellence across our Kuala Lumpur projects. In this critical role, you'll safeguard structural integrity from foundational earthworks to reinforced concrete structures, guaranteeing compliance with rigorous safety standards and engineering specifications. Your expertise will directly impact project quality, longevity, and regulatory compliance while working collaboratively with engineering teams and contractors.

- Conduct thorough inspections of structural and geotechnical works at all construction phases
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Monitor foundation and earthworks quality, including soil testing and compaction verification
- Inspect reinforced concrete structures for proper reinforcement placement and concrete quality
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with photographic documentation and recommendations
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve structural and geotechnical issues
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Geotechnical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural/geotechnical inspection or construction supervision
- Professional certification in structural inspection or geotechnical engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Certification in relevant safety standards (OSHA, OSH, or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
