In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest standards of structural integrity and safety for our ongoing projects.
As an Inspector Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the rigorous inspection, testing, and validation of all scaffolding structures before they are cleared for use by our site teams. You will work closely with site engineers and project managers to ensure compliance with international safety regulations and internal site safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding components and structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Verify that all scaffold tags are correctly issued, updated, and displayed in accordance with site safety policies.
- Perform structural integrity checks to identify potential hazards, load inconsistencies, or faulty materials.
- Collaborate with scaffolding crews to supervise complex assemblies and ensure construction aligns with approved design drawings.
- Maintain comprehensive inspection records, reports, and documentation for audits and safety compliance tracking.
- Assist in the training and guidance of site workers regarding proper usage and maintenance of scaffolding systems.
- Actively participate in daily site safety briefings and risk assessment meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Proven professional experience as a Scaffolding Inspector or Senior Scaffolder within an EPC or heavy industrial environment.
- Valid Scaffolding Inspection Certification (e.g., K3 Scaffolding or international equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards, load calculations, and technical design for industrial scaffolding.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in challenging, fast-paced site conditions.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
