Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation, configuration, and setup of distribution equipment at branch locations and client sites.
- Conduct routine maintenance and emergency troubleshooting to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Inspect all installations to verify compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory for installation parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide excellent technical support and customer service to resolve installation issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all installation activities, maintenance logs, and client feedback.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols while working in various environments.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an installer, technician, or similar role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in distribution.
- Valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic English communication skills and fluency in Indonesian.
