Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets for the instant noodle category.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide training to the sales field team to ensure peak performance and professional growth.
- Identify and penetrate new market opportunities, including traditional markets, modern trade, and local distributors.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights to management.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement across all retail outlets.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for the regional management team.
- Ensure the implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns is executed effectively in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
- Deep knowledge of the food and beverage market, specifically within the instant noodle or dry grocery segment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse sales force.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market analytics.
- Familiarity with the Tangerang and Banten geographical area and its local distribution networks.
- Possess a valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel across the assigned territory.
