Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key asset owners (pension funds, sovereign wealth funds) and financial intermediaries (banks, brokerages)
  • Drive fundraising activities through strategic pitch presentations and product demonstrations
  • Identify and penetrate new distribution channels across institutional markets
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to align investment solutions with client needs
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive intelligence
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for client onboarding and service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of institutional sales experience in asset management or financial services
  • Proven track record of fundraising and client acquisition in institutional markets
  • Extensive network of contacts among asset owners and financial intermediaries
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities with understanding of capital markets and investment products
