Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and retain institutional clients across SEA markets
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives at banks, asset managers, and fintech firms
- Present complex digital asset solutions and trading infrastructure to potential partners
- Collaborate with product teams to customize solutions for institutional client needs
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and regular performance reports
- Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of institutional sales experience in financial services or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and DeFi protocols
- Strong network within SEA financial institutions and regulatory bodies
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and at least one SEA language (Tagalog, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.)
