Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients within the capital markets.
- Manage a portfolio of key institutional relationships through proactive account management and consultative selling.
- Present and pitch tailored investment products and treasury solutions that align with client objectives.
- Analyze market trends and economic data to provide expert insights and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to customize financial offerings.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in institutional sales, capital markets, or treasury sales.
- Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of capital market instruments, investment strategies, and treasury management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and market reports.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
