This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development of micro-credentials and the administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) within a professional consulting environment.
As an intern, you will work closely with our lead consultants to transform complex information into engaging, accessible, and high-impact digital learning experiences. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by ensuring that their digital learning platforms are efficient, intuitive, and learner-focused. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the design and development of interactive micro-credential modules and digital learning content.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users navigating our Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with instructional designers to storyboard, prototype, and refine educational assets.
- Perform quality assurance testing on e-learning courses to ensure compatibility and engagement.
- Maintain and organize digital learning resources and assets within the content management database.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback to identify areas for content improvement and optimization.
- Support the team in administrative tasks related to curriculum development and compliance documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Education, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in instructional design, e-learning, and adult education methodologies.
- Basic familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) or similar software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
